Once this process has been carried out over the entire roof the ground floor operative will be continually clearing up the residue ensuring it is all bagged up and removed from the site.

All walls, windows, gutters, fascias and soffits are lightly pressure washed to remove all detritus on these surfaces.

Once the roof has dried a further survey is conducted to ascertain the extent of remedial roof repair work that need to be carried out prior to any application of a coloured or clear protective roof coating.
